Amazon Prime Video allows you to download content to your phone or tablet using the Prime Video app. Once you've downloaded content in this way, you can watch it even if you don't have an internet connection. If you find that you have a problem downloading and viewing Amazon Prime Video content, there are a few things you can do to fix the issue.
